During this time of uncertainty, the owners and staff at The Butler Hotel are committed to serving the traveling public while maintaining the highest standards in the hospitality industry. We also want to assure you that your safety, comfort and peace of mind remain our highest priority. 

By design, our exclusive 6-room boutique hotel promotes natural social distancing via limited occupancy at all times. To further amplify the heath and safety of our hotel guests and staff, we have implemented the following enhanced safety protocols:

  • Updated cleaning procedures that comply with all current State and CDC guidelines

  • Sanitizing of all common spaces and high traffic areas twice a day

  • Hotel bookings currently limited to 50% capacity per local ordinances 

  • Limited bookings result in a maximum 6 total guests on property at any given time

  • Suspension of all "turn-down"services, unless specifically requested

  • Placement of sanitizer and/or disposable wipes throughout the hotel for guest use

  • Complimentary personal hand sanitizer placed in each room prior to arrival

  • Face coverings available by request prior to arrival

  • All hotel staff are required to perform a self-wellness evaluation before reporting to work

  • Hotel recently certified as "Clean+Safe" by California Hotel & Lodging Association

Additionally, pursuant to State, Local and CDC guidelines, we ask all guests to refrain from traveling if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, and to advise hotel management immediately if they begin to experience any symptoms while on site. 

We also ask that all guests kindly maintain social distancing of 6 feet from other guests and staff while enjoying the common areas of our hotel.
